Celeste Scotti is a scientist and R&D Leader with almost 20 years of experience at the interface between medicine, research, and drug development in a broad range of therapeutic areas (musculoskeletal, rheumatology, immunology, liver, rare disease, neuroscience). He is a hands-on leader with 8-year Industry (Big Pharma HQ) leadership experience in all phases of drug development (from pre-IND to registration); pioneering digital devices to monitor mobility; and in silico studies (virtual PoCs) with AI/ML approaches on large cohort data. He has a rack record of publication with more than 45 peer reviewed papers on regenerative medicine, stem cells and translational medicine in top journals, including Nature Medicine, PNAS, Annals of Internal Medicine and Science Translational Medicine. He also has a proven record of creating clinical research organizations, building strong internal stakeholder partnerships, as well as external relationships with KOL, high- profile consortia and Industry.
