He achieved an Executive MBA at the Alma Mater Graduate School, Bologna, and a diploma in Strategic Marketing at SDA Bocconi, Milano. Donatello also has Board Member Certification at IMD Global Board Center of Development, Lausanne. He works as an international executive physician, having over 24 years of cross-functional leadership capabilities and in-depth experience in organizational transformation, launch execution, people development, driving results in Medical Affairs, Clinical development, Market Access & Policy dept, Commercial (P&L, Sales & Marketing) at Global, US, European and local scale in biotech companies. He has executed multiple launches in different regions and geographies.
