Dr. Rietman is a senior neuropsychologist and researcher at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry/Psychology department of the Erasmus Medical Centre Sophia Children’s Hospital in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He has a bachelor’s in occupational therapy, a science master’s in neuropsychology, and a Ph.D. in medical science. He has worked in rehabilitation medicine, education, pediatric neurology, surgery, and child and adolescent psychiatry/psychology. He has published extensively on genetic disorders, rare anatomical disorders, and sensory processing. He is a member of the ERNICA Quality of Life group, the Dutch Psychology Association (NIP), the Dutch Neuropsychology Association (NVN), and the Society for Behavioral Phenotypes (SSBP).
