Matt is a patient advocate working for EURORDIS and Rare Diseases International involved in the developing clinical networks around the world. He is leading the research to inform the development of a Global Network for Rare Diseases, that connects the existing networks around the world. He has experience in the development of guidelines, pathways and quality improvement systems, as well as the selection and accreditation of expert centres.

Previously, Matt worked in the NHS, England as a hospital manager and commissioner and specialised in rare disease and highly specialised healthcare.
